Roslyn currently has 96 bed spaces in 48 bedrooms. The rooms are spaciously built for double occupancy but singles may be requested when space is available. All bedrooms are designed for comfort, rest and reflection. Hence, there is a clock but no radio or television in the bedrooms. All rooms are air conditioned. Towels, linen and daily housekeeping services are provided. Each guest room and meeting space has a telephone for local and credit card calls and for contacting the Roslyn staff. For the health and comfort of all guests, please, no pets on the grounds and no smoking inside the buildings. The rooms at Roslyn are comfortable, private and each offers a breathtaking view of the grounds and the James River valley.
Ross and Hall Lodges The Ross and Hall Lodges are three matching buildings with four bedrooms per building. Each of these double-occupancy bedrooms has two beds, and a private bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. Rooms are available with adjoining doors that may be unlocked if desired. Two of the Ross rooms are handicapped accessible. Goodwin, Pullman and Palmer Lodges The Goodwin, Pullman and Palmer Lodges are matching buildings with eight outside-entrance bedrooms per building. Each of these double-occupancy bedrooms has one twin and one double bed, and a private bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. There is a screened porch and a fireplace in each building for relaxation and informal gatherings.
